Rotary Passport One and the Rotary Club of of Roseville worked together to create Emergency Car Kits for The Taylor House, a home for at-risk girls and those transitioning from foster care as well as Care Baskets for Stand Up Placer, a nonprofit agency providing a rape crisis hotline, peer counseling, and shelter for domestic violence victims.
